Twin-screw cage dryer is a device that uses twin screws to stir and convey materials and dries them with hot air. It is mainly composed of a drive device, a transmission device, a feed port, a discharge port, a shell, a twin screw, a cage, a heating device and other parts.
The material enters the dryer from the feed port, is grabbed by the twin screw and pushed forward.
During the propulsion process, the twin screw stirs and turns the material, so that the material is fully in contact with the hot air, improving the drying efficiency.
The hot air enters from the bottom of the dryer, passes through the material layer, takes away the moisture in the material, and finally discharges from the top of the dryer.
The dried material is discharged from the discharge port.
Features:
The twin screw design improves the stirring and turning effect of the material, so that the material is fully in contact with the hot air, and improves the drying efficiency.
The equipment has a simple structure, easy operation and low maintenance cost.
It is suitable for drying various granular and powdery materials.
